“ This place is a neighborhood staple and I hope they never go away. It's definitely your hole-in-the-wall, no frills, cheap, filling and delicious food. They pretty fast at pumping out the orders too but can get kind of busy sometimes because of the service they provide to the community. ”
“ Prices like everything in the country has went up, so let's raise the pay so prices keep going up. This is a wonderful hole in the wall take out only restaurant. I pre ordered the fried chicken because it's the only item that always sells out if I don't get there early. I was not disappointed, the fried chickie is great, that's the reason they're always sold out quickly. ”
“ Super friendly staff and very fast service. I typically call, because of the amount I have to order. I ordered 4 meals and a side for less than $40!!!! It sucks, sorta, that the best and cheapest silog meals are coming from a Chinese family. Are they Chinese? Anyway, best Hong Kong style pork chopsilog, best fried chicken silog, best daingsilog, best bangusilog. Just damn good and so cheap too. Also, they effin mastered the garlic siningag. I'm glad they got rid off the pineapple and replaced it with tomatoes. By the way, CASH ONLY, but for the price you'll find enough behind your couch! They also have a sister restaurant in Daly City, Gateway Kitchen. Same items, same price, and same super friendly staff. ”
“ Amazing!!! I've always been curious about this place because I've seen so many Filipino people walking in or walking out with a bag full of to go boxes. The prices are incredibly cheap and I mean cheap..! Although the bangus silog smells perfectly smoked, I had to dig into the Chinese pork chops over garlic rice. it's under seven dollars. The pork chops were tender and the deep fried crust over them was extremely crusty and thick they give you three pieces an amazing deal. it's the best hole in the wall I've seen in years. ”
“ Food came out fast and hot. Server was friendly and took my order fast. Only to-go so no room to sit but the wait inside was fast. Have loved this place ever since I moved out here for college. The price to quality of food keeps me coming back for more. Great crunch and great flavor. ”
“ SF cheap eats Hole in wall type of place. Cash only You can call in to order or walk in It's pretty quick either way. Terrible parkings but you can quickly park across @ Safeway lot. The food is so good Lightly battered HK style pork chop included rice, egg and pineapple. I added order of yummy longanisa. Huge portions with cheap prices. ”
“ One word: CHEAP. I saw this place on TikTok so I gave it a go. They told me to call ahead but because it was slow, I didn't really need to. I paid around $8 and that plate came with two huge HK pork chops and a good portion garlic rice. The whole transaction took about 3 minutes. That's always a PLUS. Also, only cash accepted so bring money. ”
“ This place is best filipino breakfast spot in San Francisco. I highly recommend coming to this place while you're here. Bring cash!!! My all time favorite was the pork chops plate. Had me filling. The fish was delicious and tender. Service was super fast. ”
“ CASH ONLY. TAKE-OUT ONLY. Came on a tuesday at lunchtime. Very busy. Waited for my friends to arrive before ordering, and I watched so many people come in and out of this restaurant. My friends and I ordered 4 HK style pork chop, and it took about 15-20 min for our order to be done. While we waited, just walked to safeway to get drinks. There is not a lot of space for hella people to wait inside. I believe it was $7.50 each. It came with 3 generous pieces of pork chop, garlic rice, an egg, and tomatoes. ”
“ Love this spot! Generous portions for affordable prices and it's so delicious! The crunchy outside batter on the pork wasn't too oily and paired super well with the rice, tomato, & over easy egg. We also got lumpiang Shanghai and those were crispy, fresh & really good too. We found street parking right out front and enjoyed our meal there, you can't sit inside it's only take out ”
